To ensure fast dispatch, orders are processed by our fulfilment warehouse immediately after being placed. As a result, once submitted, orders cannot be edited or cancelled. Please ensure all details, including your shipping address, are correct before finalising your purchase.
Pre-order items will be shipped once stock arrives, Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page.
If there are any significant delays or availability changes, our team will contact you via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Orders returned to the Port Store due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur an additional shipping fee to resend.
Similarly, if an order is not collected from your local post office within the specified timeframe, a reshipping fee will apply, and the original postage will be forfeited.
For international orders, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Australia Post has resumed sending parcels to the United States and its overseas territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands).
This follows a temporary suspension that commenced in August 2025 due to changes in U.S. import‑tariff regulations which removed the “de minimis” exemption for shipments under USD $800.
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery.
The Port Store is not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by customs processing.
Items purchased with a Port Store gift card will be refunded to a gift card.
Items purchased as gifts can only be refunded to the original payment method used.
