Travis Boak Player Bio
Evergreen midfielder Travis Boak continued to prove age is just a number by putting together another stellar season in 2021. The 34-year-old showed no signs of slowing down, playing all but one game in 2021 and tallying second at the club for disposals (27.8) and contested possessions (12.9), trailing only behind Brownlow-winner Ollie Wines. He led the club in clearances per game (6.3) and booted a total of eight goals.
The former captain received his third Showdown Medal for his strong showing in the Round 8 win against the Crows, received the John McCarthy Award for his service to the community, finished runner up for the John Cahill medal, and was dubbed the Power’s best team man for the third consecutive year; the fifth time in total he has taken home the honour.
