How to Return an Item

Online orders can be returned or exchanged at our store, we do NOT accept exchanges online

In Store

Head instore with your item (ensure it meets the conditions outline in our return policy here) and order confirmation email.

Please note, we will endeavor to complete your exchange instore. However, if the stock is unavailable your new item may be sent from our warehouse.

 

Online

To return an item, please complete the returns form you received with your order as long as it meets the requirements of a return. No Sale items will be accepted. 

Upon receiving your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
